Join Genesis' very own Holy Yoga instructors Todd and Karen Twyman after the service at Sabes for an hour of Holy Yoga.  This is for any yogi, at any experience level.  It is a six-week offering, and you can come to as many classes as you would like.  Mats, blocks and straps available if you need one.

$10 donation per class is suggested.
